Our box office has limited hours. Please leave a message, and we will return your call. Online ticket sales close 30 minutes before the curtain. However, as available, tickets can be purchased at the door.
Steeple Playhouse utilizes Ludus Ticketing System and all our ticket sales can be found at steepleplayhouse.ludus.com. For some special events, the ticketing may be managed by the guest producer or community partner. We do not use Ticketmaster or other third-party sellers. Always ask us before making your purchase if you are unsure of the validity of a seller.
All tickets and subscriptions are non-refundable. All requests for ticket exchanges must be received at least 24 hours before the original performance. Tickets may only be exchanged between performances of the same production. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Ticket Availability:
Tickets are available for purchase online until 2 hours prior to curtain. The box office opens 60 minutes before curtain. Tickets may be purchased at the door if seating is available.
Parking and Accessibility:
Parking may be available in the city lot at 6th and Willaim St. Metered street parking is free on evenings and weekends. The wheelchair-accessible entrance is on the 6th St. side of the building, facing city hall.
Cancellations:
In the event of a performance cancellation, ticket holders will be notified. Ticket purchasers may be refunded or contacted and given the option of a refund, exchange, or donation of the value of their ticket.
Group Ticket Sales:
Purchasing ten or more tickets at the same time for the same performance qualifies for a 10% discount. The discount applies automatically during the check-out process. It is not available for special productions. Call the box office for details.
Outside Food or Drink:
Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the Steeple Playhouse. Disruptive guests may be removed at the discretion of Your Theatre.
